The Website describes TAMS and our other products for information only. The supply of TAMS devices, software, subscriptions, installation and support to an institution is governed by a separate quotation, purchase order or agreement between imbeddeX and that institution, which prevails over anything on the Website.
Product features, specifications, images and screenshots may change as we improve our products, and some features may depend on the configuration and deployment chosen by the institution.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, photographs, videos, the imbeddeX and TAMS names and logos, and the design of the TAMS device and software — is owned by or licensed to imbeddeX and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or institutional evaluation of our products. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party logos such as Make in India, Digital India, Startup India, GeM and D-U-N-S belong to their respective owners and are shown only to indicate recognitions and registrations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to any TAMS system, introducing malware, sending spam through the contact form, or using the Website in any unlawful way.

The Website links to third-party services such as Google Play, Google Maps, WhatsApp and Google Drive. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
